                                   Btuning: 
Start with standard (EADGBe) tuning
- Find the 10th fret on the low E string
                                Bstring, 
    string above it
                                                     Bstring 
- From here, tune the next four strings as you would with standard tuning
    (i.e. 5th fret, open string above etc)
