I miss the simple days; Oh how uncomplicated
How things used to be; Oh I felt so free
Back when we were young, Oh we had so much fun
Life felt at its prime; Can we go back in time?
To the days where we had
No worries at all
To the nights where all life’s problems

When we were kids, Didn’t have a clue
How scary life can be
Can I go back and be younger me?
I have so many things I want to tell that girl
Like how some days she’ll feel, She’s fighting against the world
But I want to tell her this, That on those scary nights

Why do we have to
grow up, get old, and decide what we will be

Young and dumb, little kids, and be imaginary things
