Letra de
John Meisel - Bedouin Cowboy

Desert day begins anew, ground is dry, sky is silent blue
Rocky land home for me, far as I can see
Last night the stars sent an angel, rode upon a camel sat on
red carpet, couldn't see his face but the heavens filled his eyes
As he turned his gentle gaze on me, a fire flashed across
infinity, nodded his veiled and he vanished in the dawn

Passing through canyons, sleeping off afternoon heat
Walked the beach by silver moonlight
My back is aching and the children move slowly
Cloud rises behind and disperses
Rising sun casts walking shadows to our right
And we sip mint tea as night descends

Three winter months we've lived in these hills, cradled from
the winds and far from the rains
Walked and worked these paths in barren sand
Tent flaps blowing, dust settles inside, our most frequent
guest she comes
We are carried upon the breath of spring
Heat of the day rises under the blankets as a cool wind
fills the sleeping room
As dimming coals dream until morning
Passing through canyons
Looking out through angel's eyes, blessings flower before our faces
and each time we put one foot down, it's a dance step
Passing through canyons fade
