Gently I wake, as I open my eyes,
to see the face of my Lord.
Calling to me, in a voice soft and clear.
Come to Me, do not fear'.
I hold out my hand, to be filled with a Peace.
Such comfort I've never known.
But I look behind, and I notice a tear.
So I must re-peat, Do not fear.
I had a dream, that I know has come true.
That I might walk with my Lord.
My Dearest, my Children, I offer a prayer
For peace ‘till we all meet a-gain.
But in beautiful dreams,
I will sit by your side,
And talk in Peace to your Hearts.
Though I'm far away, we are never a-lone,
Our Love will always live.
In a new light, I can look at the Earth,
And see all it's splendor, with awe.
A silvery Moon, on an Ocean of blue,
And Mountains and rivers a-far.
Here from my place,
I am cradled by stars,
To witness the Glory of God.
So look at the Sun,
as it makes each new day, (pause)
And know that the Light, is the way.
