Some where over the rain bow Way up high
There's a land that I've heard of once in a lulla-by
Some where over the rain bow Skies are blue
and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true
Some day I'll wish upon a star and
wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt like lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That's where you'll find me
Some where over the rain bow blue birds fly
Birds fly over the rain-bow
Why then, oh why can't I?
Birds fly over the rain-bow
Why then, oh why can't I?
If happy little bluebirds fly beyond the rainbow
Why, oh, why can't I?
Why can't I?
Why can't I?
Why can't I?
