distortion kicks in at "can you treat it like an oil well?"
then these chords play open or barre which ever you choose.
I think Malkmus must be tuned differently, or I just suck at transcribing,
because I can't tell what the hell he plays during "It's what I want " those
'like i said before, he might be in a different tuning, but this is the best
i can do for now.
