The Christmas Song Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire

The Christmas Song, also known as Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire, was written in 1945 by Bob Wells and Mel Tormé during a heat wave as an attempt to stay cool by thinking cool. In just 40 minutes, the song that strongly evokes the Christmas spirit was completed, and Nat King Cole was the first to record it.
