Seize the Day is a song by the band Avenged Sevenfold, featured on the album City of Evil, released in 2005. The lyrics talk about valuing the people and moments we have, as we dont know when everything might end. The inspiration for the song came from the personal experiences of the band members, especially the lead vocalist M. Shadows, and feelings surrounding loss and valuing the present moment.
