Perfect Day

Perfect Day is a song written by Lou Reed in 1972, originally featured on his second solo album, Transformer, produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson. The song is known for its ambiguous lyrics, which can be interpreted as describing a simply perfect day spent with a loved one, or as an allusion to Reeds heroin addiction.
